  • How many people can the Marsraum accommodate?
    To ensure enough space for each participant, we recommend a maximum capacity of 14 people.
  • What types of meetings is the Marsraum suitable for?
    The Marsraum is perfect for various types of meetings, including seminars, creative workshops and conferences.
  • What kind of technical equipment is available?
    In our meeting room, you will find a 65" TV/monitor.
  • Does the Marsraum have Wi-Fi?
    Yes, our meeting rooms have a strong Wi-Fi connection that is suitable for video conferences as well.
  • How can the Marsraum be set up in terms of seating?
    Our Meetingraum 1 can be arranged in a parliamentary style, U-shape, theater-style seating, or a simple circle of chairs.
  • Can I order catering?
    Yes, we would be happy to assist and support you in selecting a catering service.
  • Can cooking be done in the kitchen? Are we allowed to barbecue?
    Feel free to use the kitchen for your participants. However, please note that as the courtyard is adjacent to residential buildings in the Maxvorstadt area, barbecuing is not permitted. We want to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone involved.
  • Is alcohol allowed to be consumed?
    You are welcome to enjoy a drink or two at our venue.
  • Can I also book the Marsraum for an evening party?
    As it is located in a Munich courtyard with residential buildings, evening events are not permitted due to the expected noise level. You can book the Marsraum until 8 p.m.
  • What can we do in the vicinity after the seminar?
    Our location is centrally situated in Munich's Maxvorstadt district, which is known for its abundance of bars, cozy pubs, beer gardens, and restaurants. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the beautiful Augustiner Biergarten, where you can enjoy typical Bavarian dishes and excellent Augustiner beer. It's a great way to conclude your team event.   • How long can the Marsraum be used in the evening?
    The Marsraum can be rented until 8 p.m.
  • What are the cancellation terms?
    We understand that plans can change. For cancellations, we have the following conditions: Up to 14 days prior to the event: Free cancellation 14 to 7 days prior to the event: 50% of the total booking cost Within 7 days prior to the event: 100% of the total booking cost
  • Is there an on-site contact person available?
    Yes, there will always be a contact person available on-site, or reachable by phone after the handover.
  • Can I book the Marsraum for a photoshoot?
    Yes, you are welcome to rent the Marsraum for a photoshoot.
  • Can I book the Marsraum for filming, a movie shoot/video shoot?
    Small film or video shoots can be accommodated indoors. Please discuss this request with us directly in advance. Unfortunately, large-scale outdoor shoots are not possible.
  • Does the Marsraum have air conditioning?
    Yes, the Marsraum is equipped with air conditioning. We understand the importance of maintaining a comfortable room temperature for a successful event. That's why we have installed a modern air conditioning system in our premises to ensure a pleasant indoor climate. Whether you visit the Marsraum during the hot summer months or cooler seasons, you can rely on our air conditioning to provide a comfortable environment.
